Recipist – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Recipist (the “App”), developed by Didier Fuentes. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Recipist allows you to generate cooking recipes and related tags from video content using AI. The App is provided for personal, non-commercial use only.
You may delete recipes and tags you create within the App at any time.
AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
Recipes generated by Recipist are created automatically using AI and are not reviewed or verified for accuracy.
Ingredients, measurements, cooking times, and instructions may be incorrect, incomplete, or unsafe. You are responsible for verifying all information before cooking, especially if you have dietary restrictions, allergies, or health concerns.
Subscriptions and Payments
Recipist is free to use for a limited number of recipe generations. Continued use requires an optional paid subscription.
Payments and subscriptions are processed through the Apple App Store and managed by Apple. We do not store or process payment information.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
User Content
The App stores recipe-related data such as AI-generated recipes and tags. You retain ownership of your content.
By using the App, you grant Recipist a limited right to store and process this content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
- Abuse or overload the App or its services
Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if the App or any feature becomes unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
Recipist is provided “as is” and “as available.”
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Didier Fuentes is not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Use of AI-generated recipes
- Cooking outcomes, food safety issues, or allergic reactions
- Data loss or service interruptions
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
