Quill – Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Quill (the "App"), developed by Didier Fuentes. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
Use of the App
Quill is an iOS app that generates Instagram captions based on your personal writing style. The App is provided for personal use only.
You may manage your voice profiles, generation history, and preferences within the App at any time.
Instagram Access
Quill accesses your Instagram account via the Instagram Graph API using OAuth 2.0. By connecting your account, you authorize the App to import your existing captions for style analysis. You can disconnect your Instagram account at any time.
Generated Content Disclaimer
Captions generated by Quill are created automatically based on your voice profile and inputs. Generated captions are suggestions — you are responsible for reviewing and editing them before posting. Quill does not guarantee that generated content is appropriate, accurate, or suitable for any particular purpose.
User Content
Your imported captions, voice profiles, and generation history are stored in your account. You retain ownership of your content at all times. Quill uses your data solely to provide and improve the caption generation service.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Generate content that violates Instagram's terms of service
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
- Abuse or overload the App or its services
Changes and Availability
We may update, modify, or discontinue any part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if the App or any feature becomes unavailable.
Limitation of Liability
Quill is provided "as is" and "as available."
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Didier Fuentes is not liable for any damages resulting from:
- Generated captions that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or unsuitable
- Data loss or service interruptions
- Changes to Instagram API availability or access
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
